Below are the instructions both written and in video form.  The video talks more about making a concentrate but the proportions are the same as we recommend: 3 tablespoons for 32 ounces of water (if you do a single batch to start). 

 

A VERY fine mesh strainer can be used in place of the cloth as shown in the “how to” video, which we have in house if you need!
